About the Practice

What is the difference between Fedspractice and a Lawyer?

The average federal employment litigation is $20,000. I've met clients who decide to work with lawyers and not with me because I'm not an attorney believing they will win. Those same clients also called me back because they lost. They also believe that when winning they will also get their attorney's fees back. This is not accurate. You will get an average for about 40 percent back. How do i know this? Experience with law firms. Simple.

Do I have a case?

I will work with you to evaluate your case, answer questions and help you understand any risks associated. Under Title VIII, punitive damages may be recovered where a plaintiff establishes that the employer engaged in  a discriminatory practice .. with malice or with reckless indifference on the federally protected rights on an aggrieved individual. 42 U.S.C  § 1981a(b)(1)

Do I need representation or consulting?

Consulting is helping you with your exact need. Maybe you need a legal brief? or a motion to respond to? or Witness Preparation? Representation is me talking to the judge. You decide.

Do I need a to hire an attorney?

No !

Glad you asked !! Both the EEOC and MSPB allow "representatives" to appear on your behalf. I've represented federal government employees on employment matters since 2015. I created a section below discussing my experience. Feel free to read it and then you can decide.

My work experience?

On June, 2023, my last case the EEOC ordered the agency to reinstate the employee, provide an effective reasonable accommodation, determine back pay, and consider compensatory damages and attorney's fees.

All you can do is be prepared and prepare your client.
